Inspiring women to realize their potential.

Welcome to the Theta Chi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta! Alpha Xi Delta was founded in 1893 by ten women at Lombard College in Galesburg, Illinois. Their mission for each sister was to nurture unity and cooperation, foster intellectual, professional, and personal growth, exemplify the highest ethical conduct, instill community responsibility, and perpetuate fraternal growth.

Since then, Alpha Xi Delta boasts chapters at over 115 institutions, 96 alumnae associations and over 142,000 initiated members all across the country.

The Theta Chi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta was founded at The University of Toledo in 1997. Through a strong bond of sisterhood, many hours of community service, and a good reputation among other chapters and non-Greek organizations on campus, the sisters of the Theta Chi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta have grown to be a respected group of women on campus and in the community.

Each member of Alpha Xi Delta is an integral part to the development of the chapter. Once initiated, a member of Alpha Xi Delta is a sister for life. Many benefits include having over one hundred thousands sisters across the country, networking opportunities, and forming lifelong bonds and friendships.
